The Qatar Meteorology Department has predicted another spell of scattered rain from Wednesday.
The partly-cloudy to cloudy weather is expected to continue until the start of next week. The period might see scattered rain of varying intensities and might be accompanied by thunder and strong wind exceeding 25 knots. Wind-whipped dust might restrict visibility to less than 2 kilometres at times.
Offshore, the weather is expected to be unstable, with waves rising as high as 10 feet. QMD has called on the public to avoid all marine activities during the period.
