It was unclear who requested the delay or when the trial, set to take place in a court in Nghe An province, would begin. Oai, 36, has been charged with"resisting persons in the performance of their official duties"and"failing to execute judgement,"after allegedly tearing a notice asking him to comply with the terms of a house arrest order.
