Qatar General Electricity & Water Corporation (Kahramaa), which is a Qatari public stock company, signed an agreement to sell its plot of land in Lusail City to Regency Real Estate for QR175 million.
According to a statement issued by the company, the 25,120-square-metre plot is owned by the company in Lusail, and Regency Real Estate company is currently implementing some procedures with Diar Real Estate Company.
The capital of the Qatar General Electricity & Water Corporation, established in 1990, is QR1.1 billion.
