QFA honours Executive Director of Arbitration Neji Jouini

The Qatar Football Association (QFA) honoured the Association’s Arbitration Department Executive Director Neji Jouini for his services at the end of his 20-year tenure. Jouini had been the head of the Referees Association of Qatar Football Association. (TNN)
