In a bid to increase the occupancy of residential and commercial units at ‘Ezdan Oasis’, the Ezdan Real Estate Company on Sunday launched the second phase of its promotional campaign.
The promotional campaign, which has been launched to mark Qatar National Day celebrations, will see Qatar’s major real estate developer offer up to 15 months rent-free on commercial unit lease contracts and attractive discounts on residential units.
The promotional campaign covers almost 9,000 residential units along with more than 500 different retail outlets and shops at ‘Ezdan Oasis’ that can be coalesced and separated.
Addressing a press conference to announce the launch of the campaign, Ezdan Holding Group Deputy CEO Hani Dabash said, “Building on the success of the first phase of the promotional campaign, we are launching the second phase at a time when Ezdan Oasis is well-connected with Doha and most of the landmarks like Hamad International Airport, Hamad Port, Hamad hospital and others through road and highway networks.”
With the completion of major transportation networks like metro and roads in Wakrah and Wukair, he said, the travel time between Doha and ‘Ezdan Oasis’ has reduced drastically.
“Now one can reach most of the landmarks in the country from Ezdan Oasis within 15 minutes. These developments coupled with competitive rentals for both residential and commercial units make Ezdan Oasis an attractive place to live and work,” Dabash said.
Once all the units and shops are occupied, he said, Ezdan Oasis will have more than 35,000 residents.
Commenting on the rentals average values, Dabash noted that the rents in Ezdan Oasis are certainly matchless in the market and are competitive given the high level of services and other advantages.
He said the current phase of leasing offers fully furnished two-room apartments starting from QR4000 per month, while rentals for three bedrooms start at QR6000 per month and the rental of one bedroomed apartment starts at QR3500.
“All residential units are fully furnished with modern furniture. We provide a distinguished package of services at a very competitive price. Ezdan Oasis is an ideal place for those seeking luxury accommodations, comfort and safety,” Dabash said.
Availability of diversified business outlets such as Lulu Hypermarket, pharmacies, bakeries, laundries and an international school makes it a perfect place to reside in Qatar, he said.
As part of the promotional campaign, Dabash said, the shops offered for rent can be leased out at a rental value starting as low as at QR 80 per square meter per month.
Both Al Wakra and Al Wukair are witnessing a remarkable growth in population and urbanisation in terms of business and investment. This is another factor that makes ‘Ezdan Oasis’ an ideal place to live and do business.
Areas in Al Wakra, Al Wukair and Al Meshaf are fast emerging as favourable locations for investments on large scale, especially to establish SMEs, Dabash said.
