His Highness the Amir of the State of Qatar Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani issued on Monday the Amiri decision No. 44 of 2020, appointing Sheikh Ahmed bin Nasser bin Jassim Al Thani as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to Russia.
The decision is effective starting from its date of issue and is to be published in the official gazette.
