The Cultural Village Foundation (Katara) hosted a lecture on ‘Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Daily Life’ as part of the Katara Tech Forum’s activities. The lecture covered various aspects of AI, including its importance, practical applications in daily life, and its advantages and disadvantages.
The lecture emphasized that AI has become an integral part of daily life and offers numerous benefits. It discussed various applications and tools of AI that can enhance daily skills and contribute to various sectors by providing solutions to common problems.
Director of Katara’s Information Technology Department, Thamer Al Qadi, said Katara Tech Forum is set to resume its activities, aiming to present a wide range of lectures and workshops. People who follow developments in the world of technology will be invited to these events on a monthly basis, he said.
He added that the meetings will highlight the latest topics in the world of technology through hosting an elite of experts, researchers and professionals in IT and cutting-edge technologies.
Katara has collaborated with major companies and institutions in Qatar to host forums and events focused on technology and its applications. These initiatives aim to keep the community informed about the latest developments in the world of technology.
