Padel is a unique racquet sport typically played in doubles on an enclosed court, a third the size of a tennis court. Scoring is the same as normal tennis and the balls used are similar but with a little less pressure. The main differences are that the court has walls (methacrylate usually) where the balls can be played off them in a similar way as in squash and that players use solid, stringless racquets.
It is easy to pick up and enjoy from Day 1 but the sport is sophisticated enough to make fans learn and push to become a master player. Padel is for everyone, embracing all genders, ages and levels of fitness. For these reasons, Padel is a very popular sport all around the world and it is considered the fastest growing sport.
