Chief of Staff of Qatar Armed Forces Lieutenant-General (Pilot) Salem bin Hamad Al Nabit paid a visit to Joaan bin Jassim Joint Command and Staff College on Sunday. He presented a lecture on the role of the armed forces in the national security to senior officials in ministries, institutions and security agencies in the country.
The chief of staff also toured the college, and was briefed on the college's facilities and classrooms. He listened to a briefing from the officials on its academic programmes and courses.
He was received by Commander of Joaan bin Jassim Joint Command and Staff College Major General Fahad Mubarak Al Khayareen, who gave a summary of the functions of the college.
