His Highness the Amir of the State of Qatar Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani held a telephone conversation with President of Iran Hassan Rouhani on Wednesday evening.
During the phone call, the Amir and the Iranian president reviewed the bilateral relations and ways of enhancing and promoting them, as well as the results of the Qatari-Iranian Joint Committee for Trade and Economic Cooperation, which held its seventh session in the Iranian city of Isfahan on Tuesday.
The phone conversation also touched on a number regional and international issues.
