DOHA: Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs HE Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman bin Jassim Al Thani received a phone call from Secretary of State of the United States of America Antony Blinken, on Saturday.
During the phone call, they discussed relations between the two countries and means of boosting and developing them, in addition to the latest developments in the Palestinian territories and Israel and ways to reduce escalation.
During the call, the US Secretary of State thanked Qatar for its efforts in securing the release of two American citizens from the Gaza Strip.
The Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs, during the phone call, affirmed Qatar's continued coordination with the United States of America and international partners to release prisoners and reduce the escalation in the Gaza Strip.
