DOHA: Minister of Interior and Commander of the Lekhwiya ForceH E Sheikh Khalifa bin Hamad bin Khalifa Al Thani, met with Minister of Interior of the Republic of Iraq Lieutenant General Abdulamir Kamel Al Shammari, on Monday.
During the meeting, they discussed a number of topics of common interest and reviewed relations between the two countries in the security fields and ways to support and develop them. After that, the two ministers witnessed the signing of the minutes of a joint meeting between the Ministries of Interior of the two brotherly countries, which was signed on behalf of the Qatari Ministry of Interior by Maj Gen Saad bin Jassim Al Khulaifi, the security advisor to the Minister of Interior, and on behalf of the Iraqi Ministry of Interior Lieutenant General Ziad Taha Ali, advisor to the Minister of Interior for training.
