The Primary Health Care Corporation (PHCC) has announced the working hours at health centers during the Eid Al Fitr holiday, taking place from May 1st until May 9th, where staff will resume their work on May 10th.
Family Medicine services and allied services in the main health centers in Doha, including Al Wakra, Airport, Al Thumama, Omar bin Khatab, West Bay, Leabaib, Umm Slal, Gharrafat Al Rayan, Madinat Khalifa, Abu Baker Al Siddiq, Al Rayyan, Mesaimeer, and Muaither will operate continuously from 7 AM to 11 PM. Dental services at these health centers will be available from 7 AM to 10 PM.
As for the health centers outside Doha, including Al Khor, Al Ruwais, and Al Shahaniya, will remain open from 7 AM to 11 PM. Dental services will be available from 7 AM to 10 PM.
Meanwhile, Al Jumailiya health center will provide an on-call service 24 hours and Rawdat Al Khail health center will be a COVID-19 designated health center operating around the clock.
Al Wajbah, Al Waab, and Qatar University health centers will be closed during Eid Al Fitr Holiday except for their COVID-19 vaccination clinics according to the prebooked appointments, which will operate around the clock. While, Umm Ghuwailina, South Al Wakra, Al Daayen, Leghwairiya, Al Kaaban, Abu Nakhla, and Al Karaana health centers will be closed.
The specialized clinics will be available according to the given appointments from 7 AM to 2 PM and from 4 PM to 10 PM in Leabaib, Al Thumama, and Muathier health centers.
The ophthalmology clinics will operate daily in Leabaib, Al Thumama, and Muathier health centers, while dermatology and ENT clinics will operate daily in Leabaib and Al Thumama health centers.
Premarital clinics will work at Airport health center on Monday, May 2nd from 4 PM to 10 PM, and at Al Rayyan on Tuesday, May 3rd, from 7 AM to 2 PM, and at West Bay on Thursday, May 5th, from 7 AM to 2 PM.
The health centers receiving urgent cases daily 24 hours are Al Shahaniya, Abu Baker Al Siddiq, Muaither, Al Ruwais, Al Kaaban, Umm Slal, Gharrafat Al Rayyan, and Rawdat Al Khail health centers.
The Community Call Center (16000) will provide urgent call consultations, around the clock. While the hotline 4027 7077 for COVID-19 vaccine appointments will operate continuously from 7 AM to 11 PM.
COVID-19 Drive-Through services will be available 7 days a week only in the evening shift from 4 PM to 10 PM at Al Wakra, Al Thumama, Abu Baker, Al Waab, Al Rayyan, Al Wajbah, Gharafat Al Rayan, Leabiab, and Al Khor health centers.
The Medication Home Delivery service will be off from Sunday, May 1st until Tuesday, May 3rd and will resume work on Wednesday, May 4th.
