Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of State for Defence Affairs HE Dr Khalid bin Mohammed Al Attiyah met with Chief of the Defence Staff of the United Kingdom Admiral Sir Tony Radakin and Defence Senior Advisor to the Middle East at the UK’s Defence Ministry Lieutenant-General (Pilot) Martin Sampson in Doha on Monday.
During the meeting, they discussed topics of common interest and reviewed military relations between the two countries and ways to strengthen them.
The meeting was also attended by Advisor to the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of State for Defence Affairs for Military and Security Affairs Major-General (Pilot) Mohammed Abdullatif Al Mannai and a number of senior officials and officers from both sides.
