DOHA The Ministry of Administrative Development, Labor and Social Affairs (MADLSA) has launched an online service where companies can apply to get their ban lifted.
u10004? Companies can request the service through the ministry's website from Sunday, November 5. The companies are required to meet the following requirements:
u10004? The establishment should join the WPS system.
u10004? The employer shall transfer the wages of employees through the WPS without interruption.
u10004? The number of payroll records shall match the number of employees in the establishment.
u10004? If there is a shortage in payroll records as the worker is outside the country or has an absconding report filed against him or deceased, or has been loaned to another establishment or has a court case against him, then proof must be attached.
u10004? A worker's sponsorship gets cancelled if he is outside the country for more than 6 months.
