Vodafone Qatar recently took part in the University of Doha for Science and Technology’s (UDST) career fair as part of its ongoing partnership. The event, held over two days on November 20 and 21, provided attendees with the opportunity to learn more about various job opportunities, the skills required for specific careers, and hear firsthand experiences from well-established professionals and companies.
Vodafone Qatar participated in the UDST Career Awareness program on November 1. Members of its Talent Management team, along with UDST alumni, were present to speak to attendees and provide insights into careers in the telecommunications industry. Students were rewarded for their participation in the workshop with eco-friendly bags, books and a QR500 Vodafone voucher.
Khames Al Nuaimi, chief human resources officer at Vodafone Qatar, commented, “It was a pleasure to be a part of UDST’s career fair and programme, and meet the bright minds that will influence the ambitions of our digital-first, knowledge-based economy. We are committed to developing the talents of Qatari youth by providing them with the knowledge and skills to help them progress on their journey through university education and into the job market.” To know more about Vodafone’s graduate programmes, visit: https://jobs.vodafone.qa/
