The Ministry of Communications and Information Technology (MCIT) signed a charter to join the Digital Cooperation Organization (DCO), on the sidelines of the Doha Forum, held under the slogan ‘Building Shared Futures’. The charter was endorsed by Minister of Communications and Information Technology HE Mohammed bin Ali Al Mannai and Secretary-General of the DCO Deemah Al Yahya.
HE Al Mannai emphasised the importance of signing the charter, stating, “The signing of the charter to join the Digital Cooperation Organization contributes to enhancing Qatar’s role as a key player on the international level in the field of technology and digital innovation. It enables the exchange of experiences for digital technology startups and artificial intelligence, bridging cooperation and communication to allow youth and entrepreneurs to exchange ideas and knowledge in the digital realms at both the regional and international levels.”
