The Kuwaiti Cabinet on Saturday named HH Sheikh Mishal Al Ahmad Al Jaber Al Sabah as Amir, to succeed the late Amir HH Sheikh Nawaf Al Ahmad Al Jaber Al Sabah, who passed away earlier today, pursuant to the provisions of the Kuwaiti Constitution and Article 4 of Law No. 4 of 1964. page 7
