New York guv thanks Qatar for sending aid

The Governor of New York, Andrew Cuomo, has thanked Qatar for sending critical supplies and aid. “Thank you to the government and people of Qatar from the people of New York. We are grateful for your assistance in helping send critical supplies and for the donation of aid,” Cuomo said in a tweet. Qatar supports international efforts to combat the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic. Qatar has sent aid to 20 countries so far, including medical supplies. (TNN)
