MES Indian School students recently celebrated Qatar National Day with enthusiasm and fervour on the virtual platform in their respective classrooms. During the special virtual-mode assemblies in all sections of the school, students delivered speeches glorifying the successful emergence of Qatar on all fronts.
Arabic and English songs, dance performances by students in the traditional Qatari outfit, and activities such as drawing photos, and student paperwork gave a special touch to the celebration. Quiz competitions were also held in classrooms where students were strongly challenged. The Assembly’s highlight was an exclusive video presentation of the important landmarks and rich cultural heritage of the country. MES Indian School Principal Hameeda Kadar congratulated the students on the celebration that reflected their love for Qatar and the joyful spirit they had shown for the host country.
