President of the Republic of Rwanda Paul Kagame met with Ambassador of Qatar to Rwanda HE Abdullah bin Mohammed Al Sayed on the occasion of the end of his tenure. During the meeting, they reviewed bilateral relations between the two countries. The Rwandan president expressed his thanks and appreciation to the ambassador for his efforts in enhancing and strengthening bilateral relations for the benefit of the two countries, wishing him success in his future missions.
