Minister of Commerce and Industry and Acting Minister of Finance HE Ali bin Ahmed Al Kuwari attended the swearing-in ceremony of Ebrahim Raisi as the new president of the Islamic Republic of Iran. A number of heads of state and representatives of countries invited by the Iranian government attended the ceremony. The minister conveyed the greetings of the Amir His Highness Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani to the Iranian president and his wishes for further development and prosperity to the relations between the two countries. For his part, the Iranian president conveyed to the minister his greetings to HH the Amir and his wishes of further progress and prosperity to Qatar. (TNN)
