What do you think? Mr Monopoly, the world’s most famous board game icon, has arrived in Qatar and is eager to explore the capital city. He will choose the brands and experiences that will represent the exclusive lifestyle on the soon-to-be-launched MONOPOLY Doha Board.
Mr Monopoly is touring Doha, discovering the city in order to handpick features for a custom-built, all-new Doha Board game experience. Residents and tourists in Doha will have a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to meet and greet the most famous board game celebrity in the coming weeks. Join the board game hero in his various activities throughout the city and begin guessing which attractions and brands he will award to be featured in the local edition of the globally loved and played board game.
Mr Monopoly’s trip to Doha will allow him to immerse himself in the city’s cultural authenticity and modernity. He will visit iconic locations, go on must-do adventures, learn about Qatari culture, art, and nature, learn about the city’s future developments, and enjoy the shopping zones. His location scouting will determine which brands and experiences will comprise the extraordinary and limited-edition Doha edition board game.
Winning Moves, which produces the official Doha version of MONOPOLY under license from Hasbro, said, “This is the first Doha MONOPOLY board game. We are excited to create a game that embodies the destination’s authenticity, heritage, and future. This edition will incorporate everything that residents and tourists enjoy about the traditional game, but in a way that Qataris will be proud to play and enjoy for generations to come.”
